Nina Penny has worked in banking since the mid-1980s and became focused on reverse mortgages after helping a friend understand the product and seeing the difference it could make.
Since then, she has been committed to educating mature homeowners so they can decide whether a reverse mortgage fits their needs, retirement goals, and long-term plans.
As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional and licensed loan officer in California and Arizona, Nina brings experience, clarity, and practical guidance to every conversation.
