Hi! My name is Lori Cable, I am a real estate mortgage broker, here, in California. I have been in the real estate mortgage lending business for the past 17 years.
I have always prided myself in my work and the service I deliver to my clients; it is part of who I am (I have a passion to help!) and I think, what sets me apart!
So what does this mean… To me it means conducting myself with the upmost discretion and confidentiality, respecting your privacy. I am fortunate to have a lot of experience but I can promise(!) you I don’t have all the answers and don’t know everything, yep, I said I don’t know everything, lol… But, I do have the best resources and team to ensure we get you the correct answers quickly. We know that purchasing a home for the first time or 10th and refinancing a home can be stressful. This is why we customize our services to fit your needs no matter how big or small; from purchasing your first home, to investment homes, FHA, reverse mortgage and more.

Pudge Erskine, CRMP
Pudge got his nickname from his older sister when he was just a little boy, and it’s been with him ever since. He’s not your average Joe – Pudge Erskine is a proud veteran, having served in both the Navy and the Army, with a notable stint in Korea lasting 18 months.
After hanging up his military boots, Pudge dove into the financial world. Since 2013, he’s been on a mission to help seniors, especially those who’ve lost their spouses, navigate the ins and outs of reverse mortgages.
His personal experience with a reverse mortgage for his home in Lake Arrowhead gives him a real understanding of the fears many seniors face.
Pudge isn’t just about fancy certifications and real estate licenses – he’s about making sure his clients enjoy their golden years without the stress of financial concerns. Certified with a CRMP (Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional) designation and holding a real estate license, Pudge is more than just a numbers guy.
